New:

  • Fixed broken icons for tier 2 and 3 upgrades in Heavy Barrel Gun Attachments mod
  • Corrected the typo "Civilains" in Hive More's Hive Supply Extraction mission
  • Corrected the base game text that mentions "1 action point lost" when thawing from a freeze bomb, it is a lie

Change:
  • Moved the settings for text upgrades that only happen when the original is unchanged to XComLowPriorityTextChanges.ini. The main settings file was feeling cluttered.

A big round of text fixes

  • A large list of base game fixes and clarifications curtesy of Zelfana (originally part of Zelfana's Assorted Fixes)
    • Some of these are known to be altered by other mods, so code was created to only update the text if it still matches base game.
  • The Purifier grenade from Purifier Grenades Fix had no text, updated to match Incendiary grenade (also curtesy of Zelfana)
  • Plasma Warhead from Superior Explosives had no summary due to a typo (also curtesy of Zelfana)
  • TheAxeMod mag tier throwing axe ("Combat Cleaver") had the name used in abilities and its description switched
  • IronLordByron's Resistance Order Overhaul resistance order "Incite Power Vacuum" said it lowered time by 336 days, fixed to say 14 days (which is 336 hours, the actual time reduction)
  • Missing popup text for Insubordinate and Perfectionist traits in-mission icons copied from More Traits Enhancements and Bridge
  • Fix for Insubordinate trait's typo "Insurordinate"
  • Fix for Distortion Field (from Richard's Classes) ability's typo "distrots"
  • Fix for base game config error that removed a potential photobooth quote from male sharpshooters, also applied to a couple mods that copied it in to their classes

  • Frost Bomb snowflake moved from the lower-right (hidden under the use count) to the upper-left
  • Custom icons for the Keeper class abilities from Rescue Denmother: Reposition, Resupply Ammo, and Bandage Throw

  • Changed the icon for the "Corpsman" ability in Extended Perk Pack. Old version is a medikit in a "new utility slot" icon, new version is a medikit with a plus
  • New code to allow for excluding changes if a mod is loaded
  • New code to allow for trait icons
  • Copied the trait icons from More Traits Enhancements and Bridge to use if that mod isn't loaded
  • Missing text from MOCX items added. Usually only seen with mods that expand information, like Yet Another F1. (Fixes text like "Free Error! DarkJack_MG has no AbilityDescName! attacks on any enemies that enter or attack from melee range.")

  • Three icons from Richard's classes all used the same icon (base game Field Medic). All have been given unique icons
  • Cerberus Sectopod changed to no longer have the Reaper Banshee name/description in game

  • Base game ADVENT Lightning Reflexes dark event changed to show the lightning reflexes icon, instead of lightning hands. Thanks to Zelfana for noticing the old icon.
  • Code added to allow changing dark event screens :)

Minor change to heal grenade/bomb: mini-medikit icon now rectangular rather than square.

Updated Heal Grenade/Bomb ability bar icon. New version has a mini-medikit included to make it more recognizable at a glance (especially with half the icon obscured by the number of uses available).
