-fixed a picture frame that was improperly placed

-Ending of "phase 2" now properly shows the text for all players if playing with friends.

-Increased RPG round respawn rate from 10 seconds to 4.5 seconds.

-Adjusted Max Ragdoll Count to 10 so there should be no more issues if you previously had any with the amount of dead NPC corpses. (Be sure to have "keep corpses" turned off under the NPCs tab in gmod)

-Map image now properly displays in gmod maps folder (wasn't before, now it is for some reason)
