The AGOT Minor Decisions to act/refuse to act as a Captain or Commander will now also toggle the Martial Service contract clause.

Fixed minor issue with Kingsguard logic

Updated to work with game rules settings introduced in base BV mod

Removed an obsolete event file.

-Refusing Martial Service now removes one from being Master at Arms/Marshal, Master of Ships/Admiral, and Hand/Castellan, and makes them ineligible for the duration of their refusal.
-Refusing Martial Service also makes one ineligible for a/the Kingsguard.

Realized I had used "NOT" instead of "NAND" in the 00_rules.txt - commanding/not commanding troops should work as expected, now.
