Update v.5

- Fixed a bug related to Precog Project vs Cynosure that was introduced in a certain patch and prevented the mod from working.
- Cynosure is now unaffected by this mod
- Precog Project now give 2 free levels for newly created unit in the city instead of increasing max level by 2

UPDATE V.3

- Adjusted the Wonder 'Cynosure' to give additional Science, instead of providing a +1 maximum level cap.
- Updated the trouble shooting section of the mod to provide a 3 step temporary solution to the mod loading problem causing the UI bug, until a patch for the game fixes it.

- Try to ardress the UI Bug caused in some occasional case by reloading a modded game or on initial game start. Please keep me posted on this issue in the discussion forum.
