To get Beam PDs working in Meltdown, I had to redue the beam file a little bit to match how UltraNova figured it out.

WS added to icons for the whole ship reactors. Also, code for large reactors have been modified to no longer care about direction for the extension system. This also means that ETTM extensions will be coming sooner rather than later
