Minor changes.

fix some bugs (i will not add any info lol)

Just fix this bug:
steppe bandits and forest bandits Boss cant use thier Bow

fix that kingdoms didnt make wars

make boss bandits spawn more balanced
fix that there is some of steppe bandits didnt use bow in battle
fix that forest bandits have shield wit sword and make it with tow handed sword only with bow
fix Mountain bandits that there is a type of them have crossbows

and more probably

just fixed the highway man but i think the raiders problem is from the game bcz i didnt see any problem on it

just returned it on hehe.

return it disabled but you can find in nexus website the mod with regulars upgrades

Just Return the "Veteran's Respect" perk work
by make bandits upgrade to regulars army in game
and reduce size of bandits party a little pit like by %7
