fix overlays not working with fog on truth/extreme
fix fat santa movement being bugged
fix grenade hitboxes on bosses to be more consistent
fix hitbox alignment on fat santa
fix a vis issue on act iii
fix moon monster spawning with too few votes on act ii due to some filtering issues
fix filtering issues on items
fix socrates movement, adjusted angular damping and mass to avoid it getting stuck in a oscillatory loop
fix moon monster movement by adding additional thrusters to torque the movement, otherwise he was getting stuck in one direction
fix rng overlays not turning off when they are supposed to
fix breakable hp in general, they require 2x as much hp than they did in csgo
