Version 2.13-130

Updated Archer Supreme's code to use tags instead of searching for IDs, making it much more efficient on the backend, excluding (ironically) the efficiency reaction. That one works a bit different, leaving the original code on that one for now.

As a result, you'll now require the Vanilla Weapon Tags mod to gain it's benefits for the Short Bow, Crossbow, Carbon Crossbow, and Pacifier.

To other modders out there, make sure your bow/Xbow weapons have the tag bow for her to leverage them. I've already updated NET and OET so she's good to go there.

Added the tag to Arc Orne for the above reasons.

Removed her knowing Archery and Woodworking from Old Earth Tech to prevent crashes for those who choose not to use that mod (though, really, you should).
