Fixed bug where bonus chance from skipping boss items checked the amount of treasure items taken rathen than boss items taken.

Changed how bonus count is incremented, bonuses can now be gained from any number of boss and treasure rooms.

Changed tookItem check from a collision check to a holding item above head check for compatibility with Choose Cycling Items - No More Glitched Crown Misses [RGON] mod since no collision check happens with it.

Added default state to flat chance so that even if you don't make changes to options base chance still goes through.
