More fixes (hopefully) on Bart Simpson

Updated character files so the assets should auto load now.

Updated the pack with a laces/socks combo asset I used for bart. Whooops, I thought I got it all.

Thanks to Air OK for pointing out that I forgotten the Flanders mask!

Added Characters. Double checked my edits to the character files. Everything should be there and in order and apply automatically. Hopefully.
