# ADDITIONS:
- New free action toggle: Weave. Weave will put Ruffian into Duck stance, and has replaced the movement button of the same name as the stance.
- Weave gives access to the same actions as previously known for, with the exception of non-attacking moves such as blocking and moving, on top of weave forcing Ruffian to attack, regardless of whether he holds or uses another action.
- Added a taunt that's just a slower version of Parting Gift + the rose is just a normal projectile, not interacting with the corkscrew mechanic (mentioned in the Additions category below)
- Added a codex entry via Trimay's Character Codex

- Secondary free action toggle: Corkscrew. If Ruffian has a rose on the screen from SPECIFICALLY the move Parting Gift and Ruffian is close enough to the rose, Ruffian can cancel any attack within a specific window before the attack's first active frame into a different attack.
- This attack interrupts before the last hit, forcing the opponent to guess whether Ruffian holds the attack or not. This final hit cannot be parried if any of the previous hits are blocked, on top of normal block logic (can be parried if any of the previous hits are parried)
- This attack is inaccessible to any non-attacking move with the exception of Jetstream, where the attack gains the beats backdash property and a boost in momentum.

# REWORKS:
- Dash has been turned into Footwork, a stepdash
- Roll has been replaced with dodge, which is identical to roll but with different movement
- Parting Gift has been reworked into the Corkscrew mechanic mentioned above
- Drivethrough now has different properties based on whether you used the Weave free action toggle, Cover, or EX Weave, and is listed in a dedicated note when clicking on the action.

# BUFFS:
- Slight universal damage increase
- Forward Strike (Air) now hits frame 5
- Fierce Punch is now a frame 7
- Uppercut is now a frame 6 and no longer has a delayed hit later in the attack
- Rusted Dust is now usable in the air and is a frame 7. This hits high though
- Jet Upper and Blast Chain now have invulnerability on frame 3. Invulnerability lasts until frame 8 for Jet Upper, and frame 10 for Blast Chain
- Massive damage increase to Rolling Thunder. This damage increase however is not as significant in combo.
- Cover is now ready in 13 frames instead of 14 frames
- Cover is now usable in the air
- EX Weave is now usable in the air

# NERFS
- Universal proration increase
- Universal DI modifier increase. Some hits still retain a low/non-existent DI modifier due to their nature as multihits or other mechanical purposes
- Uppercut (air) now uses an air option if Ruffian is not comboing the opponent
- Fierce Punch (air) now uses an air option
- Grabbing the opponent with grab no longer allows Ruffian to use any of the super followups, and instead only exists on Friendly Handshake
- Blast Chain is no longer a guard break
- Blast Chain and Jet Upper are now block punishable

# MISC:
- Omnidirectional UI elements (with the exception of Jump) have been replaced with a more specialized UI
- Cover is now usable in the air
- EX Ducking is now named EX Weave
- Rolling Thunder no longer consumes super meter in INFINITE RESOURCES ONLY
- Rolling Thunder now has a cap on how many extra times it is allowed to hit. This cap is 9 standard hits, or 3 normal hits. This change is designed for infinite resources. This cap can be removed by simply setting your DI to 69 69

- reduced damage of all Machinegun Blow variants and Rolling Thunder
- Forward Strike and aerial Forward Strike no longer air ground bounce
- Jetstream takes an air option but doesnt require one to be used in combo
- Increased Y friction of Machinegrab

+ Added missing sprites (except roll)

> Aerials of Jab, Fierce Punch, Short Hook, Forward Strike and Uppercut only land cancel after the hitbox has come out, but they all land cancel
> Forward Strike's sprite has been adjusted
> Drivethrough has had its sprite adjusted and movement reworked, and is frame 11
> Flipping Drivethrough at point blank flips behind the opponent
> Rusted Dust's hitbox is lower but pushed forward. it also has forward momentum
> Jet Upper has had its sprite and hitboxes adjusted
> Machinegun Blow is adjustable with a slider
> EX Machinegun Blow is +3 on its final hit and is now fully adjustable
> Rolling Thunder moves less far in midair than before

next update, Parting Gift shall be reworked, Brash Hand shall be replaced and his Roll shall be updated
ill also touch up his stance so its less useless
