EX machine gun blows does drag the opponent in but the base version doesnt.

hey i like the charecter a lot but something i notice is that his hard commits like machine gun blows, don't have any pentalty to block or pushblock you just get vaccumed in and sure thats fine sometimes but it feels genuenly impossible to escape from any range if i don't have ranged options maybe just make machine gun blows and dive attacks like that a bigger commit so if they are pushblocked or in some cases normal blocked have some end frames so its not just safe to dive from high midranges it makes dueling him as a melee charecter feel like im always 100% on the backfoot unless i can predict a perfect block as a lot of his moves have high blockstun too

Jet Upper is in fact supposed to do that, yes

I love Ruffian, nothing else that's interesting to say, his movement is fun.
