[-] Footwork full forwards speed reduced slightly
[-] Ruffian can no longer use Weave toggle if the weave toggle was successfully used last turn.
Ruffian can still use it after using Cover, or EX Weave/EX Cover
[-] Quick Mix on Push Block has moderately higher pushback
[-] Blast Chain damage decreased
[+] Drivethrough hitstun massively increased
[+] Minor damage buff to Forward Strike's grounded variant

Fixed an oversight where EX Cover (alt EX Weave) wouldn't use meter
Replaced the original variable song volume with a master slider.
Replaced the alt icon for EX Weave to prevent confusion
EX Weave's toggle has different names now to also prevent confusion
Roses from both Parting Gift and Taunt no longer interact with other projectiles. This is due to various hitlag issues that occur, although they werent supposed to interact with other projectiles to begin with.
