Changed object type to crates, in a shortcut since they respqn the previous object didn't.

Also changed some ankles for doors

Updated a trigger which wouldn't... well trigger if you spawend to far ahead so a shortcut wouldn't function. The Shortcut is now blocked if you didn't pass the trigger earlier.

TL;DR. Basicly if a new round started the shortcut only works after the second round.
