Released Agony ver:0.8.0

- fixed random but frequent crash that got introduced with the previous update

Equipment and Supply Mechanic
- units will replenish (over time) equipment and supplies when stationed in settlements or outposts
- the quality of the replenished equipment and supplies depends on the settlement size
- units will slowly degrade equipment and supplies outside of settlements (a little less in friendly territory)
- equipment and supplies give bonuses to armor, weapons, ammunition, accuracy and morale

Unit Name Overhaul
- all units will now be named according to their province of origin

CAI Changes
- further significant improvements to CAI
- AI factions will be better at switching between aggressive and defensive mode
- AI factions will be able to change their offensive behavior depending on enemy location
- various fixes to previously introduced issues (needs new campaign to be applied)

Character Mortality
- characters have a chance to survive in battle and be wounded instead (higher chance at younger age)
- if faction leaders get wounded and captured by the enemy, their faction will be either vassalized or confederated (if enemy faction is strong enough)
- the player faction can also be vassalized this way
- the player can confederate enemies this way by chance (not vassalize)

CAI changes
- Agony's StrategAI module fully takes over basic war declarations
- unblocked AI dead-locks
- slightly improved AI unit recruitment
- removed military buildings from starting settlements

Battles
- weather cannot be changed anymore when attacking

Other
- fixed various new outposts names which were assigned wrongly
