Added new mechanoid:

High Mechtech:
Mechamind - An advanced mechanoid capable of research and scanning. Although it is not meant for combat, it can assist in combat by firing electromagnetic pulses. Comes equipped with a custom EMP emitter array that discharges EMPs in targeted location.

Tweaks:
Made mechanoids compatible with complex jobs.
Removed Research worktype from Fabricor as it was unnecessary.

Patched Vanilla Expanded Framework's new job type for collecting animal produce(WorkGiver_AnimalResource and JobDriver_AnimalResource) to become mech friendly, this allows Rancher mech to collect animal produce from animals that have that comp.

Scavoid - Changed cremating to work independently from Complex Jobs wit ha built-in autopatcher to work with Complex Jobs.
