Made Radar targets easier to kill.

Added first iteration of Operation Troy, a shorter mission.

Added armable variant of free flight.

Changed allied behaviour to prevent attack on final objective.

Set weather and timing for best colour and light.

Changed 'pirate camp' to 'nomad camp', added yellow smoke and extra messages to make it clearer still not to engage. I've also made the base approach easier in the event someone on the team does trigger the spawn. The positioning previously made it incredibly difficult to claim if the pirates were triggered.
