Time freeze

First draft of Operation Hephaestus.

Repacked map and added Operation Hephaestus.

Completed checks on Operation Nike, now it is playable to completion.

Updated tank paths on Operation Troy to (hopefully) stop them driving through buildings.

Last fix for the night.

Fixed unit not spawning which was halting progression. Mission should be playable to completion now.

Changed silo launches in Troy.

Tidied map around Sagan Spaceport for both Troy and Nike.

Fixed several issues and added more units and objectives to Operation Nike.

Several other minor tweaks.

Tidied up buildings surrounding airport for both Troy and Nike.

Operation Nike changes:

Added extra optional objective for bombers.

Fixed (I hope) T-55s not taking off.

Split units groups so they aren't so grouped up in Wrighton.

Stopped respawn event for enemies that was faulty.

Other minor fixes.
