[Combat Extended Stats Rebalance]

After doing some more testing and research, I've determined that the armor values were way too high even beyond a realism standpoint (almost twice as high as they should be!) I have halved the vehicle's armor for CE users almost across the board. The MaxxPro will still be able to solo most raids, though it may actually take some damage for once. Be careful of sustained heavy fire, as it will quickly tear this thing apart if you aren't careful.

Updated the vehicle description to show that it can have one of two weapons mounted.

Can now be upgraded to use either the Mk 19 grenade launcher, or the M2HB machine gun.

MaxxPros that have already been built will be unaffected however, either use dev mode to replace it or keep it. (It will still have the M2HB, you just won't be able to remove/swap it.)

Added Vanilla Vehicles Expanded integration for costs.
