-Fix unintended StageAPI dependency with Plague of Livestock

-Various fixes/improvements to Plague Room generation, they should generate more reliably now (no more instances of 1 room generating instead of the expected 2)
-Plague Rooms can generate next to Secret Rooms
-Fix visual issues with Plague Room doors
-Plague Rooms will show their room icons prior to entering the room
-Rebalanced Plague of Blood's item drops
-Slightly increased Plague of Livestock's HP
-Slightly decreased the speed of Plague of Blood's attack
-Slightly decreased the speed at which Plague of Darkness begins a new attack after finishing one

-Introducing: The Plagues! Encounter them in their special rooms that appear randomly in stages, and are unlocked by defeating Mother. If you've already beaten Mother, they should unlock automatically.

-Many various bug fixes and improvements for existing content aswell!

-Fix all Small Leeches swimming in creep instead of just those spawned by Temperance or Super Temperance
-Rework some of Super Temperance's bullet patterns to be simpler to dodge
-Fix Patience and Super Patience not glowing in the dark
-Humility and Super Humility ignore friendly Pons when calculating the Pon spawn cap now
-Fix certain chasing minibosses not reacting to the Fear status properly
-Misc fixes for certain minibosses while charmed or friendly
-Change some room layouts to be more fair

-Fix music jingle not playing correctly in Charity's boss rooms

-Humility dies a bit faster on later stages
-Kindness and Patience glow in the dark

-Fix Virtue room clear jingle (for good?)

-Fix error when clearing a room

-Improve detection for playing room clear jingle in Virtue miniboss rooms

-Fixed Delirium being able to turn into the Virtues
-Fix Chastity's keys being able to fall onto Spikes
-Fix Wrinkly Babies still getting stuck on certain grids in some scenarios
-Temperance's creep is washed away in rooms with water
