more fixes to 1.26 issues, some asset optimization, new ground textures/clutter

fixed issues created with 1.26
added seagull sounds to the coastal areas
snow on mountain can be eatin/gathered
tixed - rock ground texture was not registering footsteps

made the sasquatch Skinnable added sasquatch ghille, sasquatch head and unknown meat

Mountain lion and cow added back - they were removed by error

more fixes to misplaced items around the map

includes fixes for all reported bugs as of 7/18/24
