-Fixed bugs that resulted from replacing death.gml

-removed yuji's ability to walk as he can only dash now
-gave yuji's dash acceleration
-adjusted dash_stop_percent from 0 to 1 so Yuji has a slight slide
-added death script bugfix from SSL template
-added tilt out of run script from SSL template
-Uair hit 1 no longer has extra hitpause during Black Flash buff for consistency

-Added new victory theme (edited from Soshu's 8-bit cover of Kaikai Kitan)
