Map in-game name changed to stop conflicting with other's

I tried, another optimization update, testing shows 60 fps with 100 addons installed outside and inside buildings

Optimization!! Wow... should fix FPS dropping in some case's

• Fixed material missing in one place

• Stairs are fully made for one of the buildings!

• Added abit more decorations, added some lights and added... uh, you need to find out yourself

Added staircase in building with 5 floors (no roof access still)

• Fixed some spotlight having small padding from the light
  
• Fixed sign spotlight's distance
