fixed for later versions of mcc (which there probably wont be any more :p)

Fixed teleporter materials. (Turns out the teleporters for some reason use the invalid material shader for some odd reason. Which i replaced to make it more visible for map making purposes.)

Fixed fog for some transitions from outside to inside areas.

Quick fix for gametypes.
