The charge railgun turret from VFE - Security is now removed if the player does not have VWE - Gauss.
Updated the descriptions of some VFE - Security turrets.

Tweaked the description of the warcasket handheld cannon.

Made warcasket handheld cannons indirect fire as its description suggests.

Hotfix.

The exoframe is now worn on the utility layer of torso, meaning it can now be worn alongside power armor. Its stats, cost, etc. have been tweaked to reflect this change. This update also includes new, custom sprites for the exoframe!

Briefly reverting an update so I can work on a proper fix.

The VWE patch no longer removes the Charge Anti-Materiel Rifle from Combat Extended Guns.
Tweaked quickdraw weapons' stats - removed the bipod from the Bullpup DMR, kept times between bursts the same but moved some of the warmup time to cooldown, etc.
