Another description tweak.

Tweaked the description of exoframes.

Removed a now-redundant patch for Combat Extended Armors.

Relabeled iron arrows from Medieval Overhaul to be consistent with my other arrow renames.
Iron arrows, when fired from crossbows, should no longer drop iron crossbow bolts.

Patched Big and Small - Races.

Patched Medieval Overhaul.

Patched Giant uranium slug turret.

Fixed the shields from Vanilla Factions Expanded - Medieval 2 not generating.

Fixed a lot of the jank Vanilla Weapons Expanded - Grenades has with Combat Extended.

Added new sprites for the anti-tank rifle from Combat Extended Guns.
