Auto mortars from VFE - Mechanoids now fire mortar shells and require a mortar barrel to build.

You can now make generic ammo at the Mechanized Weaponsmith from Vanilla Factions Expanded - Mechanoids.
Removed all non-generic ammo and artillery shell recipes from VFE-M factory machines.
Minor weapon rebalance.

Fixed the overlap between Combat Extended's backpack and Vanilla Apparel Expanded — Accessories' backpack by removing the one provided by Combat Extended *but* tweaking its def to use the texture of the backpack from Vanilla Expanded.

Added missing recipe for HE fuzed launcher grenades.
Very slighty buff to the automatic shotgun's magazine size from 10 to 12. The gun fires in bursts of three and the last burst always being a bit short annoyed me.
