Retextured the Tactical Vest to be visually consistent with my other retextures, also updated its description while I was at it.

Fix for the non-generic slugthrower ammo from VFE Pirates being visible.

The resource pod crash event should now no longer predominantly spawn ammo.

Made some changes to how weapons are removed from Combat Extended gun submods, previously the mod assumed that you had Vanilla Weapons Expanded and removed a lot of stuff even if you did not have VWE.

Updated the loadAfter entries.

Tweaks to how certain items are removed, this update should fix all potential issues regarding any mods adding new ideo styles.
