Fixed grounded heavy mob, no clue how I broke that, 6s no longer chains into 6s

removed the very very unfinished version of night raid vortex I left in by mistake, expect that for real in an upcoming update

Added c.s, j.s, 6h and 5h, slightly reworked 6s again, changed j.d, f.s and j.h's startup to ggst values

Slight buffs to 2d, 6s, 5p and 2p, added j.p, made him not hideously ugly while running or waiting

6s is now actually called 6s and has been rebalanced, 2d no longer has infinite hitstun, 2p added, 5p tweaked a bit, made icons a bit more readable

added 5p and 6s, lotta rebalancing again, made viper clean hit hitbox much smaller, 5k is much less broken, f.s rework somewhat, 2d changes, if anyone has balance suggestions please tell me

Big update, added 6p and j.h, rebalanced most moves, reworked hmc yet again why did I decide to add this move.

Down viper now looks different from regular air viper, heavy mob can no longer grab airborne targets while grounded and vice versa
