Fixed Modership to Mothership
added Basic Computer to mothership so that it will allow the designer to create an auto design

Added:
Nanite Overdrive - boosts your building output but increases nanite and energy upkeep
Purge type Nanite Assimilation - every third pop is turned into your species and the rest are turned into nanites

Hotfix that reduces Mothership's upgrade time from 900 to 500 days
It was supposed to be the upgrade time of the titan and scale with the components but i have no idea how to do it so the crutch will suffice for the time being

Added Nanotech Forge, new Tech tree and some small Quality of life changes
