reworked all aat activation fx to include thunderwall, on a per player basis

Fixed issues with certain hud elements not getting destroyed when intended
added rainbow as an option to each individual fx command

Added commands to change the fx colors for eyes, muz flash, powerups, deadwire, change all, and rainbow

added camo command

added live update segment delta and color changing round timer

fixed the UI error. gum notification and ammo notification look significantly less cool as a result. hopefully will be able to add them back in time
