- Changed Fulgurium Ammo to override, should be compatible with COL, though it will override the Fulgurium Ammo Box

- Added four new submarine turrets, two large and two small
- Added a lot of new turret ammo types
- Reworked a lot of talents
- Fixed a lot of things with changes in most recent update
- Handful of small item changes
