Added 13) Fixed Confucian Devout getting the "Be Fruitful and Multiply" trait. I will change this back if anyone can find anything to back that up in the Analects.

9) Technically this is an old bug, but when unrecs make a coladm (colonial puppet) it will become independent, not a big deal when coladm is terrible, but since they are good now im allowing unrecs to make “colonial vassals”
