Updated Rabbit origin Description and SpecialSkills for the sake of making G03LM enemies easier to execute for the time being

Fixed my own incompetence and changed the Origin Icon.

I realized I won't be able to work on this for a couple weeks now,
so here's a patch that gives back the Tower Guard executions and I shall now rest

Added Chatter! With a custom font included! Also changed the workshop icon.
