- raised the ladder to surgery hideyhole for easier ai pathfinding
- also added a platform to it so they dont fall in and climb up endlessly

- made the buzzer in captain's room not constantly go off
- added a surgery room below medbay with a vanilla hospital bed (iirc the forked neurotrauma doesnt give traumatic shock to just hospital beds now, should be fine). just make sure to bring a flashlight in and trust the captain to not bash the submarine too much, maintenance didn't have enough budget and had to improvise

- generally improved the sub for public release
- made nearly all of the changes that R-29A has done over the last 2 changes
