Reduced the length of fighter trails

Updated version number. No changes to the mod for Phoenix 4.0.+

Further refinements to Fighter locations in combat

Further adjustments to the fighter formations in combat.

Changed the position of launched fighters within a fleet.

Trying to fix the version number for this mod I made a mistake and had to re-upload this mod into steam. Paradox made a completely unnecessary change to how versions are shown in the mod files.
