Added Deteriorated Stage1 Infected - A Stage 1 that hasn't mutated for an extended period of time, causing it to rot over time.
Added Bouncer - A Leaper that births a Pureborn when it collides with a wall during a jump.
Added Giant Mound - A huge mass of flesh that ejects Pureborns when it feels threatened.
Changed preview image and replaced images.

Redid all npc spawn icons
Added some more stage 1 sounds
Removed the infection auto moving the player
Leapers now gib slightly when impacting walls + new animations
speak no evil now has a proper purpose (creates pureborn on damage)
