Updated to fix break caused by Xenon code change. Was working on a beacon system that would allow you to place an antenna in the world and use that as a homing beacon, but that is only partially implemented. Just run the Rover MKII program for all the previous functionality.

Fixed the dead zone on the scanner. Was a power problem. Added a second LV battery and gave the scanner its own dedicated line. The donut dead zone was due to the scanner running out of juice before completing the scan.

Did some other rewiring so the mini-computer controlling the scanner and the scanner itself only draw power when the scanner button is in the on position.

Added external buttons for the side access panels.

Tweaked the suspension numbers on the right side and RWD now stays on course.

Additional fix for the touchscreen issue. The screen now blanks and redraws the buttons each update.
