This update is the first part of the two part transition away from Mod Option approach to slots settings (some people have troubles finding it)

+ added right-click options to bag/belt/holster to enable/disable corresponding slots, the state is now saved on the current character but Mod Option settings will take priority for new characters
+ now slots appear/disappear right away without the need to re-equip anything
+ now it is possible to wear lantern on the bag without belt or holster

In about a week I am going to push the second part of this transition which will remove Mod Option. Newly created characters will have slots disabled by default. Translations for new options will be added later

+ added check to prevent recharging when player carries heavy items in hands like generator

+ Fancy Belt Slots now accept items with `AttachmentType = Walkie` (Walkie Talkie, Gate Controller, etc)

+ recharging hotkey iterates over all fancy light sources as long as they are under 90% of maxRecharge

+ fixed fancy light sources lasting for too long in B42, now they last as long as in B41 (8-10 ingame hours from full charge)

vanilla belts take `Belt` slot and holsters take `BeltExtra` slot, some modded belts take `BeltExtra` slot for instance Tactical Belt from the Vanilla Gear Expanded
