fixed a visual issue i didnt notice earlier

1. Added Online Party sync for Hopper Ball, its animations and visuals.
2. Hopping animations are now only added to Players that use Hat Kid's AnimTree. Some custom Players may use their own animations instead of Hat Kid's.
