Minor update. Slight changes to Kitul and Prole genes. Updated new xenotype descriptions to make them more comparable in depth to vanilla xenotypes.

Finally sat down and did a big manual sort of all the VRE genes to fit with my mod better. Gene menu should be much cleaner now, even with all VRE mods installed.

Minor update to account for Ludeon's unstable Starjack changes

Significant update:

Added three new genes:

- Stellar Enthusiasm
- Nonterrestrial
- Appealing

Edited Starjack xenotype to make them better in space and worse on the planet surface. Removed all skill maluses except poor melee. Added light-gray skin. I'm not convinced this is the final version, but I think Ludeon might also change Starjacks in the future so I'm waiting on that.

Edited highmates to remove insatiable (a form of lovin' dependency) and replace with "Appealing", which makes romance attempts made against the pawn more frequent and makes breakups/affairs/divorces more difficult for their partner. This was largely done because any sort of lovin' dependency made highmates a pain in the ass to use with certain ideologies. Insatiable is still in the game, but no longer used by any xenotype.

Edited Reaper to have them use baseliner skin tones.

A few minor changes here and there.

Minor fixes to clean up gene menus with VRE enabled. There's more work to do here.
