Fixed every cutscene and room-specific script other than the Rubicon one breaking (oops)

Fixed the shadows of Voidsea Miros Vultures having a golden eye

Voidsea Vultures no longer die immediately instead of dropping their mask when stabbed in the head
To make the vanilla behavior look less weird, their masks are no longer gold until I find a way to make the dropped mask golden
