MEC Troopers be giant tanky bois now.

For reals: Added the HP buffs back in for all difficulties and start with a native point or armor. If you're running Amalgamation MEC Troopers, you are most likely going up against modded enemies. With all the extra weaknesses that MEC Troopers have it is fine for them to be a little more beefy to reduce the squishy-ness feeling they currently have.

Small reduction to the HP nerf. Now starts with 8 HP instead of 7 (versus the 10 of the base MEC Trooper mod.)

Add +1 armor pip to the Titan primary spec at rank 1, and Behemoth/Juggernaut primary specs gain +1 armor pip at rank 3.

Fix issue where Amal MEC classes were showing up for normal soldiers

Fix naming issue with Skirm templates where they were Skrim. Any Skirmisher MEC built before this fix will be broken and needs to use something like Additional Soldier Console Commands to fix it.
