Added new settings. Regen Banking allows you to pick up medkits and healing items without losing out on your regeneration, and also added an ability to restrict Dawn's ability to regenerate health at the sauna.

Fixed issue where the mod would not initialise if loading a savegame from before the mod was installed. Added support for the red bar that shows regeneration time. Added ability to disable Dawn's Mercy Health system.
