Regeneration no longer happens when in the plant cloning facility. Added a new menu option to enable regeneration when in the plant cloning facility.

Added new settings. Regen Banking allows you to pick up medkits and healing items without losing out on your regeneration, and also added an ability to restrict Dawn's ability to regenerate health at the sauna.

Now you can configure the low health warning threshold so that Dawn doesn't keep moaning in pain every 5 seconds while on low health.
