Add support for DLC characters:

- Arbaal the Undefeated (Omens of Destruction DLC26)
- Skulltaker (Omens of Destruction DLC26)
- Gorbad Ironclaw (Omens of Destruction DLC26)

Fixed critical bugs:
- Fixed AI legendary lords not receiving buffs due to enable_box concatenation error
- Removed outdated MCT 0.8 version check (now works with MCT beta 9)
- Reduced file size by ~75% by removing 4000 lines of duplicate legacy code
