v.1.2.3: added watcher meow sounds

1.2.2: misname fixed bug after watcher 1.5 update

still 1.2.1 but i fixed saint's meow being broken

v1.2.1: better slugpup ai, more settings toggles, and pups+ support, all by vultumast!
(these are changes merged from his PtM Beta)

oops i messed up copying files again

fix disabled/removed mods with custom meows still being loaded, causing no meow sound

screwed up the easter egg :skull:

oops forgot to add vultu in the modinfo.json authors list
