SVD & MK14 have zoom now.
MK14 spread adjustments & range fix.

SVD damage decreased from 130 to 103
L96 damage increase from 125 to 127
L96 Reserve increase from 40 to 60

thirdperson animations in firstperson is now fixed on all guns!!!
NEW Sniper L97 (scope wip)
mk14 now does 90 damage instead of 100
Moss shotgun fire rate increased from 78 to 160
Moss animation reload frame increased from 6 to 9

Weapon damage tweaks to fit vanilla gameplay, might add separate little files for high powered versions, let me know!
