Updated Cabal Plate to function as intended.

Small edit to remove an error that was occurring for users with debug mode turned on.

Adjusted passives for final boss
Added safeguard to prevent the ability to spawn a puzzle reward infinitely

-Fixed the weird issues with enemy skill values being applied multiple times. Numbers displayed on enemies now calculate out appropriately.
-Removed some junk items.
-Dialog fixes.
-Fixed "A Worthy God" book so you can look at it.
-Strengthened final boss against status effects.

Corrected some errors with that were triggering due to the actor prefab text file.
Also adjusted so that the party would not refer to an encounter that they didn't have, if they indeed didn't have the encounter.

Made some corrections so that the new music actually plays when it's supposed to.

Made it so the dungeon is actually accessible.
