Fixed a common lua error on the TX211, as it was calling a file that didn't exist

Fix attempt of the DLT-19 texture

Added TX210 IST "Stalwart" which has a lower powered faster firing turret.

Textures fixed on the turret

Fixed DLT-19 Texture paths, added Armour to the 3 vehicles and upped the penetration values of the weapons, I'm still working out what's best for them so let me know your thoughts.

Attempted DLT-19 fix, I'm struggling at this point.

Removed the Hanna based pipe bomb :(

Updated a pipe bomb to blow up known player "Hanna"
